The customer can change the products received having a maximum time of 14 calendar days from the date of reception. They may be changed by others of equal or greater value among those exposed in our virtual store, as long as the product that is intended to be changed is in their original packaging and under the same conditions in which they were sent, without having been used under any circumstances. The first change will be in charge of Azarey (except in the period of sales or products on offer). The cost of the shipment by par, from the second change or to make a return will be in charge of the client and will be € 6.9. Every merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (the black shoe box must be introduced into the brown box as it reached the client) and in perfect condition. In case it is not returned in the same original packaging, Azarey will not return the amount.

Returns must be sent within 14 calendar days following the date of withdrawal. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
