How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free on orders over €49.99. If the order does not exceed 49.99€, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer and will be 6.99€

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) - never at a post office box. AZAREY ships to any of the countries listed below in its Shipping policy. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed on will take between 2 and 3 working days to be delivered if you have selected to receive the order by "Home Delivery" and reside in the Peninsula, after confirming that the payment has been made correctly. The deadline will change if it is a holiday  period from December 22nd to January 8th. If you place an order during this period, the order will arrive between January 9th and 10th. 

Delivery times "HOME DELIVERY":

- Spain (Mainland): 2/3 working days from receipt of payment. (Except during holiday periods)

- International: 8/15 working days from receipt of payment.

*In extraordinary periods such as sales or Christmas, shipments will be subject to availability and may be delayed by 15 days.

  1. Orders will be shipped to the address specified by the buyer within 3 business days of receipt of payment of the total amount of the order, and will be made only through the transport companies offered by Azarey.

  2.  It is the customer's responsibility to have the mailbox with the correct data and with clear visibility so that the transport company can deliver the order, as well as take care of the delivery or other procedures between the customer-agency/carrier. Any expenses incurred for this reason will be borne by the client.

  3.  All shipments and returns are made only through the carriers offered by Azarey. Shipments will be made on business days from Monday to Friday.

  4. Delivery time is  2 to 3 business days for products available in store. In the event that the purchased item is not in stock, within a maximum of 3 to 5 business days, we will contact the customer to exchange the product for another or refund the purchase amount if they do not want another product.

  5. The customer can exchange the products received with a maximum time of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. They may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value from among those displayed in our virtual store, as long as the product to be exchanged is in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sent, without having been used under any circumstances. The first change will be paid for by AZAREY (except during the Sale period or products on sale). The cost of shipping per pair, from the second exchange or to make a return will be borne by the customer and will be 6.99€. The customer must contact our customer service at or by calling us on 649 687 874.

  6. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (the black shoe box must be placed in the brown box as it arrived at the customer) and in perfect condition. In case it is not returned in the same original packaging, Azarey WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT.

  7.  Returns must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal. Otherwise, it will be rejected and returned. The costs incurred for the return of the purchase will be borne by the customer. The customer must contact our customer service at email or by calling us on 649 687 874
