EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer within 48/72 hours upon receipt of payment of the total amount of the order, and will be carried out only through the transport companies offered by Azarey.

It is the client's responsibility to have the mailbox with the correct data and with clear visibility so that the transport company can deliver the order, as well as take care of completing the delivery or other procedures between client-agency/carrier. Any expenses incurred for this reason will be borne by the client.

All shipments and returns are made only through the transport companies offered by Azarey. Shipments will be made on business days from Monday to Friday.

Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for products available in store. If the purchased item is not in stock, we will contact the customer to exchange the product for another or refund the purchase amount if they do not want another product.

The customer can change the products received within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. They may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value from those displayed in our virtual store, as long as the product to be exchanged is in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was sent, without having been used under any circumstances. The first change will be the responsibility of AZAREY (except during Sales periods or products on sale). The cost of shipping per pair, starting with the second change, will be borne by the customer and will be €6.99. To make a return, the customer must contact our customer service by email shop@azarey.es or via phone 649 687 874, indicating your order number.
