EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.

Orders will be shipped to the address specified by the buyer within 48/72 hours of receipt of payment of the total amount of the order, and will be made only through the transport companies offered by Azarey.

It is the customer's responsibility to have the mailbox with the correct data and with clear visibility so that the transport company can deliver the order, as well as take care of the delivery or other procedures between the customer-agency/carrier. Any expenses incurred for this reason will be borne by the client.

All shipments and returns are made only through the carriers offered by Azarey. Shipments will be made on business days from Monday to Friday.

Delivery time is 3 to 6 working days for products available in store. In the event that the purchased item is not in stock, within a maximum of 10 to 20 working days, we will contact the customer to exchange the product for another or refund the purchase amount if they do not want another product.

The customer can exchange the products received with a maximum time of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. They may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value from among those displayed in our virtual store, as long as the product to be exchanged is in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sent, without having been used under any circumstances. The first change will be paid for by AZAREY (except during the Sale period or products on sale). The shipping cost per pair, from the second exchange will be borne by the customer and will be 6.99€. To make a return, the customer must contact our customer service at shop@azarey.es or by phone at 649 687 874, indicating their order number.
