EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

  1. Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer within 48/72 hours upon receipt of payment of the total amount of the order, and will be carried out only through the transport companies offered by Azarey.

  2.  It is the client's responsibility to have the mailbox with the correct data and with clear visibility so that the transport company can deliver the order, as well as take care of completing the delivery or other procedures between client-agency/carrier. Any expenses incurred for this reason will be borne by the client.

  3.  All shipments and returns are made only through the transport companies offered by Azarey. Shipments will be made on business days from Monday to Friday.

  4. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for products available in store. If the purchased item is not in stock, we will contact the customer to exchange the product for another or refund the purchase amount if they do not want another product.

  5. The customer can change the products received within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. They may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value from those displayed in our virtual store, as long as the product to be exchanged is in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was sent, without having been used under any circumstances. The first change will be the responsibility of AZAREY (except during Sales periods or products on sale). The cost of shipping per pair, starting with the second change, will be borne by the customer and will be €6.99. To make a return, the customer must contact our customer service by email shop@azarey.es or via phone 649 687 874, indicating your order number.

To make a return, AZAREY works in two ways:
1. AZAREY is responsible for collecting the package, and €6.99 shipping costs would be deducted when the return is made.
Or
2. The client sends it to us with the transport agency of his choice (The customer must bear the shipping costs) and Azarey returns the full amount of the order. 

6. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (the black shoe box must be placed in the brown box as it arrived to the customer) and in perfect condition. If it is not returned in the same original packaging, Azarey WILL NOT RETURN THE AMOUNT.

7. Returns must be sent within 14 calendar days following the day of the withdrawal date. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. The expenses incurred by returning the purchase will be borne by the customer. The customer must contact our customer service at shop@azarey.es or by calling us by phone. 649 687 874.

8. The shipping and return conditions of the Internet portal “http://www.azarey.es” are hereby regulated.

9. By purchasing in our electronic store you accept the conditions of exchanges and returns.
